Ingredients:
2 large chicken breast
1 cup corn meal (I get the white cornmeal)
1/3 cup flower
3-4 table spoons of Grill mates chicken rub
2/3 cup of oil
first pre-heat oven to 400
Take your large chicken breast and rinse them off in cold water (you dont have to, i just do this) and set aside.
Next mix together all the dry ingredients.
Place chicken in a large zip lock bag
and add about a 1/2 cup of your mix into the bag
Leave lots of air in the bag and shake it up tell the chicken is covered.In a large sauce pan heat the oil and once heated place the chicken in and brown each side
after browned place in a cooking pan and put in the oven for 20-25 min
then enjoy : )
